1943年1月生于山东省濮城，河南范县人，1965年8月参加工作，1995年1月入党，中专文化，编审。

 

现任中国摄协第六届副主席。是中国摄影家协会理事、中国艺术摄影学会副会长，中国新闻摄影学会常务理事，文化部专业职称高级评审委员会委员，1997年起享受政府特殊津贴，中国艺术摄影学会副会长。

 

2019年12月，在国际影艺联盟、科梅伊市政府、达盖尔基金会在法国科梅伊举办的“纪念摄影术诞生180周年”活动中，朱宪民被评选为 摄影术诞生180年180人之一。

Born in Pucheng, Shandong Province in January 1943, Fan County, Henan Province, started to work in August 1965, joined the Party in January 1995, secondary school culture, editing and reviewing. He is currently the sixth Vice president of the China Film Association. He is the director of China Photographers Association, Vice president of China Art Photography Society, Executive director of China Press Photography Society, member of the Senior Evaluation Committee of professional titles of the Ministry of Culture, and has enjoyed special government subsidies since 1997, Vice president of China Art Photography Society.
In December 2019, in the "Commemoration of the 180th Anniversary of the Birth of Photography" event held by the International Federation of Film Arts, the City of Komei, and the Daguerre Foundation in Komei, France, Zhu Xianmin was selected as one of the 180 people of the 180th anniversary of the birth of photography.
